Shopping at REFINERY is very simple. Just follow these easy steps:
- Choose either MEN or WOMEN from the menu selection.
- From the drop-down, select one of the product list headings, e.g. TOPS.
- Once selected, all products will load on a new page.
- Click on the photograph of the product you're interested in to view the product page. The product page provides details like photography, product details, size, color availability, price, etc.
- On the product page, select your Size and Quantity, then click the ADD TO CART button. If unsure about your size, click SIZE GUIDE for help.
- After clicking ADD TO CART, a pop-out window will show a summary of your items and total value. You can continue shopping or click VIEW CART for a detailed summary.
- To checkout, click VIEW CART after adding a product or click the BAG ICON at the top of the page, then select VIEW CART. You’ll be redirected to the Cart page.
- On the Cart page, you’ll see all products in your cart along with the total price (before shipping). Adjust the quantity using the + or - symbols, or remove items using the BIN icon. When ready, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
- At checkout, either LOG IN if you have an account (to prefill your details), or fill in your information. You’ll then select the Shipping Method and Payment Method. Once complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
