Your Return Options (Online Purchases Only)

You have two easy ways to return items purchased online:

Option 1: Return In-Store (Free of Charge)

Bring your item to any Refinery store near you, at no cost.
  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached, unworn and free of damage
  • Remember to bring your online order confirmation or invoice that you can find on your online profile.
** Refinery Junior Products: Items from our Refinery Junior range can only be returned to stores that stock Junior products. Use our Store Locator to find your nearest participating store.

Option 2: Return via Courier (R50 restocking fee)

Prefer to send it back from home? We’ve got you.
  • Book a return collection by entering your email address & order number above.
  • Make sure you upload well-lit images of the front & back of items. Clearly showing the entire product is visible in the images
  • All apparel items must be returned in their original condition
  • Package your items securely and ensure they meet return conditions.
  • You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Your items will be inspected and once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • We cannot process EXCHANGES online, if you would like to exchange an item, please visit your nearest store.
  • Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable
  • If your product is defective, and has been inspected, the R50 restocking fee will not be applicable
